supervisor for R. C. Cola in Carmi (IL). He was
a Korean
War Army veteran. He was a member of the Little Chepel
Church in Raleigh. Surviving are his wife,
Velma (Downey);
a son, Edward, of Johnston City; two sisters, Rena Sheild
and Eileen Drganc, both
of Skokie; a grandson; a
stepgrandson; and nieces and nephews. Services will be at
11 am. Saturday
at Little Chapel Church, with burial in Rhine
Cemetery in Eldorado."
